About the role

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase visits, conversions, and revenue for our Construction Software eStore
  • Launch and optimize paid and organic acquisition campaigns to drive qualified traffic to the eStore
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages and checkout flows to improve conversion rates
  • Build robust tracking frameworks for revenue attribution and campaign ROI
  • Design lifecycle campaigns to convert trial users into paying customers via the eStore
  • Deploy AI-driven workflows and marketing automation to scale eCommerce campaigns efficiently
  • Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives

Requirements

  • 5+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing, with proven eCommerce experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Hands-on expertise with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot) analytics platforms and Salesforce CRM
  • Experience understanding of paid media channels and conversion optimization
  • Experience implementing A/B testing and multivariate experiments
