About the role
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars) to drive pipeline
- Own end-to-end webinar execution, including promotion, engagement, and post-event follow-up
- Optimize agency performance and ensure ROI across paid channels
- Collaborate with BDR/SDR teams for lead handoff and conversion optimization
- Track KPIs and optimize campaigns based on insights
- Ensure GDPR and regional compliance in all marketing activities
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; master’s degree preferred
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel and lead lifecycle
- Experience managing webinars, paid media, and email campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, Marketo)
