About the role

  • Act in the first stage of our sales cycle. You will be responsible for contacting leads who are in the software trial phase in a strategic and investigative manner across multiple channels;
  • Using inbound sales techniques and methodologies (such as SPIN Selling and BANT), you will assess whether leads fit the profile and meet the necessary triggers to progress in the buying process. You will then route qualified, engaged leads to the Sales team or discard leads with a bad fit;
  • The entire team works to keep leads engaged during the trial period. To do this, you should focus on delivering product value in interactions, answering possible questions via chat, phone, or WhatsApp;
  • You should conduct investigative conversations and handle objections that might prevent potential leads from moving forward with a purchase;
  • You should maintain solid pipeline management, keeping your activities organized and our CRM up to date in accordance with our Qualification Flow and Cadence;
  • Work as part of a team, studying, proposing improvements, and monitoring individual and team metrics.

Requirements

  • Previous experience: Worked in pre-sales (BDR or SDR) at a technology company or experience with inbound or outbound pre-sales;
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress;
  • Experience qualifying leads across multiple channels;
  • Knowledge of SPIN Selling and BANT methodologies;
  • Ability to conduct investigative/discovery conversations;
  • Able to react quickly to technical feedback;
  • Comfortable working with high-volume activities;
  • Ability to use various technologies and tools;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Active listening;
  • Curious and focused on problem solving;
  • Good time management and task prioritization;
  • Nice to have:
  • - Experience in LawTech/LegalTech;
  • - Experience with legal routines;
  • - Prior experience in inbound B2C operations.
