About the role
- Communicate clearly with the store manager and other store staff
- Implement contractual agreements
- Connect sales strategies with in-store execution
- Influence and negotiate additional display opportunities
- Retrieve products from stock for restocking
- Manage inventory of materials allocated at the distribution center
- Clean and replenish all required points according to the replenishment plan
- Ensure in-store materials are current and in good condition
- Identify execution opportunities along the route
- Attend meetings to update plans, priorities, and assumptions
- Escalate requests for assistance regarding execution opportunities
- Share best practices via WhatsApp and the corporate social network
- Carry out inventory control and workplace safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in merchandising (preferred)
- Confident personality with strong interpersonal skills and a sense of responsibility
- Basic computer skills
- Good logical and numerical reasoning
- Good reading comprehension and text interpretation
- Time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with communication tools (WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Teams)
