About the role
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and engage in email and video communications with existing clients.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service throughout the sales process.
- Actively listen to client needs and concerns, asking probing questions to uncover opportunities.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Effectively demonstrate and explain product/service offerings to potential clients via virtual meetings and presentations.
- Address client questions, overcome objections, and provide accurate information regarding pricing, availability, terms, and warranties.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate with other sales team members on complex deals or larger accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and sales data in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales quotas.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, client feedback, and sales tactics.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- 1+ years in inside/outside sales or sales support role
- Preferred knowledge of telecommunications industry
- Excellent people skills to establish and maintain effective relationships with client, employees, superiors, and business contacts in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong trouble resolution and critical thinking skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Must be able to efficiently utilize all available resources to provide effective solutions and explore all possibilities to facilitate the best decision.
- Demonstrated knowledge of personal computer applications Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Outlook, TEAMs, Salesforce, ConnectWise
