• Own the end-to-end data operations lifecycle—from process definition through execution, quality control, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure that the data powering our products is accurate, efficient to produce, and operationally reliable at scale.
• Act as the operational bridge between local data collection, labeling teams, and product/engineering.
• Translate real-world constraints into scalable systems and measurable outcomes.
• Manage a multi-faceted talent pool of distributed teams, leveraging 'in the trenches' experience to collect and annotate data at scale.
