About the role

  • First point of contact with our customers by phone — friendly, empathetic and enjoying conversation
  • Implement marketing measures by phone: inform customers about promotions and invite them to visit our hearing care colleagues in our retail stores
  • Schedule appointments and provide support with follow-up questions
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls

Requirements

  • Some experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, or a service role is an advantage
  • Confident PC and MS Office skills and very good German language skills, both written and spoken, are important to us; additional languages are welcome
  • You are communicative, open and enjoy proactively contacting people without being pushy
  • Empathy is one of your strengths, especially when dealing with older people
