Sales

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance
• Track leads, opportunities, and definite bookings; generate sales reports and dashboards for leadership
• Utilize Salesforce to maintain and update customer profiles, support 5 Sales Directors with activity entry during peak periods, and conduct data audits to ensure accuracy
• Receive, assess, and respond to incoming requests from clients and hotels
• Create and update sales presentations and materials
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on regional campaigns as needed
• Support the planning and execution of client events, internal meetings, and related logistics
• Manage surveys, ROI tracking, and post event recaps following client events
• Participate in weekly sales meetings
• Contribute to special projects as directed by the VP Sales
• Apply creativity and sound business judgment to drive timely and effective results
• Support larger Salesforce system projects for Senior Manager System Operations & Analytics
