About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities.
Inspect and report any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms to ensure prompt resolution.
Ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness standards and policies in all assigned areas.
Restock and maintain inventory of guest room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and towels.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Requirements

What you’ll need

One-year Housekeeping experience
Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.
Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred
Ability to communicate in basic conversational English with team members and guests to support safe operations, coordination of work, and service standards.
Additional language skills are welcomed and valued.
