Oversee a complete value stream and guide continuous improvement initiatives
Manage personnel, machinery and materials to ensure production schedules are met
Ensure target dates for instrument build and shipping are met
Lead the team to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost goals
Implement staffing plans and coordinate with planning, scheduling and purchasing

Requirements

An associates degree / equivalent or above in an engineering or manufacturing based discipline.
Minimum 5 years manufacturing management / supervisory experience.
Knowledge of Operations Management and modern LEAN manufacturing methods.
Experience of ERP systems, understand the positive and negative aspects of their use.
ISO 9001 experience.
