About the role
- Be the backbone of product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and efficiency across idea generation, software development, product testing, launches, and iteration.
- Establish company-wide processes and systems that bridge Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
- Develop and maintain scalable frameworks for shipping high quality products that enhance cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and efficiency.
- Coordinate launches: work with product and marketing teams to develop a calendar for timely and impactful product rollouts.
- Own team coordination: set agendas for team meetings and planning on-sites.
- Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating inputs from key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Partner with product managers on internal and external user testing programs to inform product refinement and readiness.
- Own delivery plans for high priority projects that need additional support to hit aggressive timelines.
- Produce metrics definitions, operational reports and identify risks backed by data-driven insights (sprint metrics, product deliverables, reworks, and on time delivery).
- Work with finance and development to create the capitalization, velocity and performance of the products/development teams.
- Reports directly to the President, Neil Sanghavi.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years in product operations, product management, program management, in a high-growth technology company environment (healthcare industry experience is a plus).
- Proven ability to develop and implement scalable processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Tools: familiarity with product management and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Notion, or similar platforms.
