Product Operations

• Be the backbone of product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment and efficiency across idea generation, software development, product testing, launches, and iteration.
• Establish company-wide processes and systems that bridge Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Go-to-Market teams to drive alignment and maximize impact.
• Develop and maintain scalable frameworks for shipping high quality products that enhance cross-functional collaboration, transparency, and efficiency.
• Coordinate launches: work with product and marketing teams to develop a calendar for timely and impactful product rollouts.
• Own team coordination: set agendas for team meetings and planning on-sites.
• Facilitate roadmap planning by coordinating inputs from key stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Partner with product managers on internal and external user testing programs to inform product refinement and readiness.
• Own delivery plans for high priority projects that need additional support to hit aggressive timelines.
• Produce metrics definitions, operational reports and identify risks backed by data-driven insights (sprint metrics, product deliverables, reworks, and on time delivery).
• Work with finance and development to create the capitalization, velocity and performance of the products/development teams.
• Reports directly to the President, Neil Sanghavi.
