About the role
- Manage Strategic Channel Relationships: Build and nurture partnerships with key strategic alliances, including technology partners, cloud providers, and ecosystem integrators, to create mutual value and drive growth.
- Engage Cloud Account Executives: Act as the primary business lead in partner engagements, working collaboratively with cloud provider account teams (e.g., AWS/Azure/Google) to co-develop opportunities, influence pipeline, and enable integrated solutions.
- Drive Channel Growth: Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies that unlock revenue through partner-led opportunities and broaden Atropos’s footprint.
- Partner Enablement & Co-Selling: Equip partner sales teams with the tools, training, and messaging needed to effectively position Atropos’s offerings within integrated solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align partner-centric strategies, enable seamless technical integrations, and elevate joint value propositions.
- Measurement & Reporting: Track alliance performance metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact; report insights to leadership and iterate on partnership models to maximize success.
- Industry Presence: Represent Atropos at industry events, conferences, and partner-driven initiatives to raise visibility and accelerate ecosystem adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in alliance sales, partner management, or strategic business development—ideally with technology partners or cloud ecosystems in SaaS/B2B settings.
- Proven track record of managing channel relationships and driving revenue through partnerships.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort engaging with cloud account executives and cross-functional internal teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Healthcare technology, life sciences, or real-world evidence industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field preferred.
