Artificial Intelligence

• Lead strategy, governance, and technical execution of data and AI across the organization
• Own development of Atria’s data platform and AI engineering capabilities to ensure safe, responsible, and scalable use of data and AI
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer and oversee a small but growing team of data engineers and analytics professionals
• Assess, redesign, and scale Atria’s existing data platform as the single source of truth for clinical and operational data
• Build and scale internal APIs, safe data movement patterns (de-identification, audit trails, encryption, access controls), and data pipelines
• Establish robust data governance, privacy enforcement, and compliance frameworks at the data layer
• Define AI guardrails, use-case tiers, approval criteria, evaluation frameworks, rollback procedures, and human-in-the-loop requirements
• Maintain an AI/ML model and agent inventory with versioning, owners, and change control; establish monitoring and incident response for drift, bias, and safety
• Build and lead an AI Engineering team responsible for model development, infrastructure, and deployment; drive the technical AI roadmap
• Partner with product, engineering, clinical, compliance, security, and legal stakeholders to align AI/data initiatives with company strategy and regulations (HIPAA, FDA)
• Run enablement programs including office hours, playbooks, and safe sandboxes; support domain teams with reviewed prompts, APIs, and reusable capabilities
• Collaborate with researchers and global institutions to advance healthcare innovation and ensure platform contributions to global scientific progress

VP – Data and AI

Product Operations

• Play a critical role helping clinical teams adopt, use, and optimize tools and platforms to deliver care to members
• Bring product thinking and operational excellence to scale Atria’s preventive healthcare offerings
• Work hands-on with cross-functional teammates from Care Coordination, Hospitality, Membership, Legal, and Finance
• Ensure teams are equipped with knowledge and resources to effectively leverage core systems including Atria’s custom tools, Monday.com, ZenDesk, Slack, and Gmail
• Partner with teams to map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, gather user feedback, and surface pain points
• Translate team needs into clear requirements for Product, Design, and Engineering
• Create scalable workflows, develop and document SOPs, best practices, and process maps
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to improve team productivity
• Plan and execute rollouts of new tools, systems, and product features; create and deliver training and onboarding materials
• Serve as the go-to resource for questions, troubleshooting, and ongoing support

• Assist in the creation and fulfillment of customized travel kits, including hands-on tasks such as document preparation, packing, and shipping coordination

Operations Intern

Technical Product Manager

• Define and drive AI product strategy across member, clinician, and operational experiences.
• Translate business and clinical product priorities into AI platform opportunities and workstreams.
• Serve as the bridge between domain product teams (Clinical Experience, Member Experience, Care Delivery) and the AI/Data platform team.
• Translate workflows, inputs, and expected outputs into AI platform workstreams and requirements.
• Build prototypes and scrappy proofs-of-concept using Python notebooks, API integrations, and prompt engineering to validate concepts.
• Engage with LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and generative AI workflows to guide solution design.
• Build and run small-scale experiments with real data to validate models or approaches.
• Partner with AI Engineering to develop models, algorithms, and platform capabilities; collaborate with Product Engineering for feature implementation.

• Serve as a strategic leader driving initiatives that advance Atria’s specialty care delivery, streamline clinical operations, and align programs with enterprise-wide priorities
• Oversee the full lifecycle of cross-specialty programs from concept and design through implementation, optimization, and performance monitoring
• Lead efforts at the intersection of clinical operations, technology, and strategic execution to improve outcomes, accelerate innovation, and deliver measurable business value
• Translate organizational priorities into scalable clinical programs and business processes with clear KPIs and ROI and implement governance frameworks
• Partner with EHR (Athena), analytics, product teams, Specialty Directors, and Clinical Leadership to implement systems, maintain dashboards, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance

Program Manager, Specialty Programs and Clinical Integration

Designer

• Atria Health is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Principal Designer to define and lead the design strategy for our Member Experience. As a senior-level individual contributor in the design team, you will own the long-term member experience design vision across mobile, web, and in-practice interactions, ensuring every touchpoint with Atria is seamless, intuitive, and deeply human.
• This role is both strategic and hands-on—you will shape our design direction, set the standard for craft and quality, and drive the evolution of our design systems. You will partner closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and clinical teams to translate complex healthcare data and personalized care into experiences that are both emotionally engaging and operationally effective. The ideal candidate is a design leader with a track record of creating category-defining work, ideally in health tech or consumer wellness, and thrives at the intersection of vision-setting and execution.
