About the role
- Create compelling presentations, data sheets, and customer-facing materials using MS Office to effectively communicate our solutions
- Support the team in preparing and following up on meetings with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Maintain and update data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and availability for the team
- Perform analyses and create visually appealing charts and graphics to present insights and trends to the team and customers
- Prepare and document content using Confluence to support knowledge sharing and documentation
Requirements
- You are currently enrolled in a full-time Master's program
- Strong interest in or initial experience with Customer Success, product marketing, or product management
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, with the ability to create professional, impactful presentations
- Team player with a confident manner and strong interpersonal skills — able to persuade colleagues and customers alike
- An exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Customer Success
