Customer Success Manager

• Create compelling presentations, data sheets, and customer-facing materials using MS Office to effectively communicate our solutions
• Support the team in preparing and following up on meetings with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure clear communication and alignment
• Maintain and update data in Salesforce to ensure accuracy and availability for the team
• Perform analyses and create visually appealing charts and graphics to present insights and trends to the team and customers
• Prepare and document content using Confluence to support knowledge sharing and documentation
