About the role

  • Serve as trusted partner for Sales leaders in our scaled business
  • Drive revenue performance, operational rigor, and strategic insights
  • Develop, own, and continuously improve sales forecasting
  • Lead annual planning cycles for our scaled sales teams
  • Drive consistency and effectiveness of sales processes across regions
  • Partner with Sales Enablement and Systems teams
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Scaled Sales Operations team

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
  • 5+ years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven success supporting velocity B2B Sales Operations
  • Strong business acumen and executive presence
  • Experience managing or partnering closely with systems and data teams
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets, and other GTM tools
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
  • Familiarity with MEDPICC, Challenger or other enterprise sales methodologies preferred.
