About the role
- Serve as trusted partner for Sales leaders in our scaled business
- Drive revenue performance, operational rigor, and strategic insights
- Develop, own, and continuously improve sales forecasting
- Lead annual planning cycles for our scaled sales teams
- Drive consistency and effectiveness of sales processes across regions
- Partner with Sales Enablement and Systems teams
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Scaled Sales Operations team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- 5+ years in a leadership capacity
- Proven success supporting velocity B2B Sales Operations
- Strong business acumen and executive presence
- Experience managing or partnering closely with systems and data teams
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Google Sheets, and other GTM tools
- MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Familiarity with MEDPICC, Challenger or other enterprise sales methodologies preferred.
