About the role
- Provide internal infrastructure support for internal systems
- Support Windows 11 Laptops, Desktops, Azure AVD, Entra ID, Intune, MS Defender, VOIP system
- Use ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect
- Collaborate with internal infrastructure team and report to Internal Support Manager
- Work remotely and collaborate with teams across different time zones
Requirements
- 4-6 years of IT experience/administration
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer Service experience
- Windows 11 troubleshooting skills including knowledge of PowerShell
- Support/use of ConnectWise Manage and ScreenConnect
- Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Entra ID)
- Fluency in English is required
