Atlas Technica

Procurement

• Assist in end-to-end purchasing of IT hardware, software, and licenses for resale to clients as well as the internal procurement needs of the Atlas Technica.
• Support vendor relationships, including onboarding, completing new vendor account application forms, and maintaining vendor data.
• Support the Procurement manager in processing purchase requests, obtaining vendor quotes, creating customer quotes, and creating purchase orders.
• Maintain supplier records and price lists.
• Assist with supplier negotiations and Deal Registrations with OEM’s like Dell, Palo Alto, Cisco, Juniper, Lenovo to secure competitive pricing, terms, and SLAs.
• Order status checking and keeping requesters UpToDate with ETA information.

Procurement Analyst

Engineer

• Implement secure, compliant client environments using industry standards and best practices appropriate for regulated financial and alternative investment firms, under the guidance of Senior Project Engineers and the Project Engineering Manager.
• Support onboarding projects from discovery through cutover and handoff to Support; serve as the primary implementation engineer on projects led by a Senior Project Engineer.
• Contribute to Technical Project Plans in partnership with Senior Project Engineers and Project Managers by translating discovery findings into detailed tasks, effort estimates, and risk and mitigation considerations, including access controls, logging, data protection, and change management.
• Execute cloud and infrastructure builds, including:
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Conditional Access)
• Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy
• File and email migrations from legacy or on-premises environments
• Network and security components such as firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Perform and document cloud and infrastructure assessments, producing clear, prioritized recommendations aligned with client risk appetite, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
• Follow and help refine documented onboarding, discovery, and quality control processes to ensure consistency, traceability, and audit readiness.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for Junior Project Engineers and interns during onboarding projects, escalating complex issues as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide clear, timely updates on progress, risks, dependencies, and next steps to internal stakeholders and client leadership.
• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including runbooks, configuration guides, and diagrams, suitable for audits, security reviews, and investor DDQs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and process refinement, and by feeding lessons learned back into onboarding standards and workflows.

IT Project Engineer

Cloud Engineer

• Manage, build, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and AWS.
• Optimize performance and manage costs in cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud-related issues.
• Support onboarding of large and complex clients by implementing tailored cloud solutions.
• Design and architect cloud-based solutions that align with client needs.
• Identify client requirements and recommend appropriate cloud solutions.
• Serve as an escalation point for service-related issues requiring advanced cloud expertise.

• Research and develop service related processes and solutions

• Research and deploy new systems and tools to improve efficiency and scalability
• Manage the systems used by staff to perform their duties
• Proactively work cross-functionally to build relationships and rapport amongst highly technical and non-technical co-workers
• Identify potential obstacles and suggest operational and security improvements
• Participate in organizational initiatives to improve functions, processes, and technology for Atlas Technica and clients

Internal Support Engineer

• Mentor a team of Junior and Systems Engineers
• Perform IT Support services to users onsite
• Use of a ticketing system to manage support queries
• Maintain documentation and comply with rules and guidelines of the organization
• Adherence to strict change control procedures
