• Assist in end-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, and licenses for resale to clients as well as the procurement needs of the business
• Support vendor relationships, including onboarding, completing new vendor account application forms, and maintaining vendor boards on Monday.com
• Support the Procurement manager in processing purchase requests, obtaining vendor quotes, creating purchase orders
• Maintain supplier records, contracts, and price lists to ensure up-to-date data for decision-making
• Assist with supplier negotiations to secure competitive pricing, terms, and SLAs
• Monitor procurement KPIs and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with sales, technical teams, and finance to support smooth procurement operations

Payroll and Benefits Manager

• Design, implement, and support scalable multitenant solutions that serve both internal staff and external customers
• Research and development of new solutions and implementation of established solutions according to best practice/documentation
• Create and update technical documentation of the solutions
• Provide second-line support for these solutions directly to end users or to other Atlas Technica employees
• Act as an SME on the multitenant solutions and provide escalation support
• Stay informed about new features released by vendors for existing solutions and research new vendors

• Review vulnerability reports and research scalable remediation solutions.
• Collaborate with Support/NOC to schedule remediations and facilitate maintenance windows.
• Work with CS/Engineering to script and automate remediations and track progress in ticketing system.
• Address third-party vulnerability management overlaps and apply remedies for clients.
• Provide accurate and timely responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs).
• Review and analyze findings from risk assessments and penetration tests; recommend remediation strategies.
• Participate in Business Impact Analyses and tabletop exercises.
• Measure alignment with Microsoft benchmarks in Intune and improve scores.
• Harden workstation builds, cloud infrastructure, and security configurations.
• Perform SOC 2 maintenance tasks, test restores, and review phishing tests and training.
• Review SIEM logs and assist in addressing cybersecurity incidents.
• Work with NOC and outsourced SOC on remediation runbooks and perform additional security tasks as assigned.
