Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and pilot client-facing advisory business
Design multi-agent systems that drive real ROI for clients
Hire and lead a specialized pod of 2–3 AI consultants
Develop and maintain proprietary Pattern Libraries for complex fund strategies
Design sophisticated system prompts and multi-agent workflows
Lead design sprints for C-suite stakeholders at $10B+ AUM funds
Create playbooks that empower engineering teams to sustain environments
Contribute to R&D on 'AI Defense' focusing on prompt safety and governance patterns

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience within a global consultancy (e.g., EY, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, BCG) in a client-facing, engagement-leadership role
Daily practitioner of LLMs and orchestration frameworks
Speak the language of PMs, Research Analysts, and CCOs and understand the fundamental research process
Ability to demystify 'Retrieval Augmented Generation' for a non-technical COO while keeping the technical respect of a Principal Architect
Thrive in the 'N of 1' environment
