Customer Success Manager

• Ser proactivo con tu cartera de clientes y brindar una atención consultiva, respetando los plazos establecidos;
• Realizar el onboarding del cliente en la(s) herramienta(s) Atlas;
• Orientar a los clientes hacia el éxito mediante el intercambio y la asistencia en la aplicación de las mejores prácticas de uso del portal;
• Realizar capacitaciones de forma dinámica e incluso proponer reciclamientos de entrenamientos a los clientes;
• Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes y actualizar los sistemas de CRM con la información relevante;
• Analizar datos para proponer mejoras en el proceso;
• Identificar oportunidades para aumentar el compromiso en el uso por parte de los clientes;
• Identificar oportunidades para aumentar los ingresos de la base (expansión);
• Identificar posibles riesgos de churn y tomar medidas preventivas para mitigarlos;
• Realizar reuniones trimestrales de éxito con los clientes de la cartera;
• Colaborar con equipos internos, como ventas y desarrollo de productos, para garantizar una experiencia excepcional del cliente.

Backend Engineer

• Develop high-quality software using C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API, SQL Server, Azure Functions, Docker, and Kubernetes;
• Use AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar) as an active part of the development workflow — for code generation, review and refactoring, debugging, and accelerating deliveries;
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle;
• Design and maintain integrations with Azure services (Service Bus, SignalR, Key Vault, Cognitive Search);
• Build tools and applications using clear, efficient code;
• Automate tasks using appropriate scripting languages and tooling;
• Review and debug code;
• Execute validation and verification tests;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to fix and improve products;
• Document development phases and monitor systems;
• Ensure software remains up to date with the latest technologies.

Software Engineer, Back-End

• Proactively manage your client portfolio and provide consultative support, meeting established deadlines;
• Conduct client onboarding in the Atlas tool(s);
• Guide clients toward success by sharing and assisting with best practices for using the portal;
• Deliver dynamic training sessions and propose refresher trainings to clients when needed;
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM systems with relevant information;
• Analyze data to recommend process improvements;
• Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and product adoption;
• Identify opportunities to expand revenue within the customer base (upsell/expansion);
• Identify potential churn risks and take preventive measures to mitigate them;
• Conduct quarterly success reviews with clients in your portfolio;
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales and Product Development to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
