Oversee growth and delivery of program management services for the US Business
Work closely with Market Directors to support development of market-leading strategies
Identify trends and opportunities in ongoing market and client support
Drive technology and innovation across each market
Monitor portfolio health, utilization, profitability, and revenue

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, science, construction, engineering, or related field
post‑graduate degree and/or MBA preferred
20+ years relevant experience considered in lieu of degree
20+ years professional experience with at least 10 years leading complex projects/programs
Professional registration in field of practice required (e.g., P.E., P.G., PLS, R.A., RLA)
Certification as PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) desired within one year of hire
Broad knowledge of AEC markets; established relationships with public agencies, private sector clients, and consulting community
