About the role

  • Deliver robust, coordinated and compliant technical design solutions
  • Develop detailed design information across RIBA Stages 2–4
  • Work collaboratively within multi‑disciplinary teams

  • Support project teams in ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations, standards and performance requirements
  • Produce and review detailed drawings, schedules and technical information
  • Assist in the preparation and management of specifications
  • Liaise with contractors, specialist subcontractors and suppliers
  • Contribute to BIM delivery, model coordination and information management
  • Support junior team members with technical development

Requirements

  • Chartered Member of CIAT (or working towards) or an ARB registered Architect with a strong technical focus
  • Strong understanding of the architectural design and technical delivery process
  • Experience translating design concepts into detailed, buildable solutions
  • Proven experience working within multi‑disciplinary teams across various sectors and project scales
  • Sound technical knowledge of UK Building Regulations, building systems, construction types and compliance requirements
  • High level of competence in Revit with experience delivering BIM Level 2 projects
  • Experience using collaboration and coordination tools such as Navisworks and specification platforms including NBS
  • Ability to take responsibility for defined technical packages or workstreams
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, flexible and “can‑do” approach
