About the role

  • join a team focused on your professional growth
  • ensure design responses are pragmatic and aligned with the client brief
  • contribute to developing designs rooted in a strong narrative
  • report on activity, gather feedback and analyze success factors
  • help shape and strengthen the design culture and capability of the multi‑disciplinary design teams
  • collaborate with Architects, Architectural Technologists, Interior Designers and Structural Engineers
  • take ownership of key aspects of a project from concept through to delivery
  • lead a small team of assistants

Requirements

  • RIBA Part 3 qualified
  • ARB registered
  • demonstrable experience delivering complex projects
  • strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
  • proven experience across multiple sectors
  • strong grasp of the full architectural design process
  • capability to deliver projects from concept and planning through detailed design, construction and completion
  • sound technical knowledge, including compliance, UK building systems, construction types and regulatory processes.
  • consistently deliver accurate, high‑quality work across projects of varying scale and complexity
  • comfortable taking responsibility for defined project roles or work packages
  • awareness of project budgets, programmes and a developing financial acumen
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • produce high‑quality design outputs
  • present confidently to clients
  • lead multidisciplinary teams
  • manage specialist consultants
  • proficient in Bentley / OpenBuilding Designer, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape and/or V‑Ray.
