Implement strategic plan to achieve growth objectives for Southern California region
Identify key clients and manage strategic relationships
Develop and manage regional project pipeline
Provide strategic leadership and management for key projects
Identify and recruit staff critical to growth and success
Lead project staff and develop work plans, specifications, and calculations
Manage financial performance of projects and ensure quality assurance activities
Maintain positive client relations and pursue new opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in field of practice
Graduate degree preferred
Management coursework and/or MBA a plus
Ten to fifteen years of experience since B.S. or nine to fourteen years since M.S. showing progressive project management responsibilities
Excellent technical and interpersonal skills
Public speaking and persuasive ability
Very strong financial management, team management, and leadership skills
Professional registration in field of practice preferred, e.g., P.E.
Certification as a 'Project Management Professional' (PMP) or 'Certified Construction Manager' (CCM)
