About the role
- Supervision and management of a Project Controls team
- Developing, monitoring and assuring the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)
- Agreeing on progress measurement methodology with contractors
- Measuring and forecasting performance using valid performance measurement techniques
- Implementing, sustaining and improving planning, risk, cost control policies
- Chairing project/programme level change forums
- Advising project/programme leader with specialist knowledge to resolve challenges
- Self-assessment of procedural compliance and sharing lessons learned
Requirements
- Proficiency in EVM processes in complex infrastructure projects
- Proven expertise in Project Management or Project Controls Management
- Exceptional skills in managing stakeholders
- Experience in client organization or managing subcontractors in project controls
- Formal Project Management or project controls management qualification/certification
- Resilience in high-pressure environments
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent visual communication skills
