About the role
- Develop plans for delivery of written proposal deliverables
- Align the value proposition developed with the client’s tender requirements
- Review tender requirements and develop clear guidance
- Oversee production of written content through development stages
- Facilitate storyboarding sessions with stakeholders
- Oversee development of Content Plans
- Build relationships across technical practices
- Mobilise, brief, and manage the input Proposal Writers
- Work with Creative Design team
- Undertake final review of written proposal
- Review client feedback and scores on proposals
- Ensure high scoring written content is captured
Requirements
- A degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven Proposal Management experience the engineering, construction, or professional services sectors
- A strong track record of managing and delivering complex, high-value proposals
- An understanding of engineering projects and terminology
- Excellent project management skills
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
