  • Drive transformative change initiatives with confidence and clarity.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience within a management consultancy or comparable environments such as professional services or government involving delivery of transformative projects or advisory work.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Having or willing to work towards the MCA’s Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).
  • Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: Change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Business cases using Green Book principles and the five-case model.
  • Operating model design and implementation.
  • Delivery of transformative change projects.
  • Developing and communicating solutions to complex strategic problems.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to flex your style to suit different stakeholders.
  • An ability to deal with competing tasks and operate successfully even when under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
