- Drive transformative change initiatives with confidence and clarity.

- Work with clients to deliver consultancy that sets and realises strategies for change.
- Understand client needs and challenges, providing actionable recommendations.
- Given significant responsibility for client-facing work from day one.
- Gather and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
- Relevant experience within a management consultancy or comparable environments such as professional services or government involving delivery of transformative projects or advisory work.
- Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Having or willing to work towards the MCA’s Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).
- Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrable experience in one or more of the following: Change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Business cases using Green Book principles and the five-case model.
- Operating model design and implementation.
- Delivery of transformative change projects.
- Developing and communicating solutions to complex strategic problems.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to flex your style to suit different stakeholders.
- An ability to deal with competing tasks and operate successfully even when under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
