About the role

  • Lead and grow global client partnerships ensuring the highest standards of service delivery
  • Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships
  • Ensure servicing frameworks are followed to maintain regular client reviews and feedback
  • Own pipeline and sales reporting to track growth opportunities
  • Liaise directly with clients to encourage annual forward planning
  • Drive client satisfaction through consistent communication and service delivery
  • Lead strategic planning for key accounts aligning client objectives
  • Develop understanding of client businesses to identify opportunities for added value
  • Oversee development and execution of client strategies
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand accounts with new services

  • Work with other Department Heads to ensure cross-agency cohesion

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in strategic client services, account management, or similar roles within a digital or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of Brand, UX and Digital Product Design
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust
  • Demonstrated success in building and growing client relationships and managing complex accounts
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and managing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance client needs with agency objectives
  • Demonstrates a responsible and positive, can-do attitude even when under pressure
  • A reliable, trusted and resilient individual
  • Solution focused, with a proactive and positive attitude
