About the role
- Support the management of Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural
- Collaborate with senior Product Management to implement system enhancements
- Meet with end users to translate needs into actionable product improvements
- Provide support and training for end users
- Maintain and prioritize tickets & backlogs in ServiceNow and JIRA
- Maintain detailed documentation including business requirements and process flows
- Oversee communication on tickets and product updates across internal channels
Requirements
- 2–3 years in product or project management
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- Willingness to quickly learn new applications (Smartsheet, Airtable, and Mural)
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Experience with cross-functional teams
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, JIRA, and internal communication platforms
