💰 $143,800 - $215,800 per year
About the role
- Must be in office minimum 5 days per week at posted locations; no relocation offered.
- Collect customer requirements and assess solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security.
- Partner with the sales team to recommend most appropriate contracting solution for the customer.
- Analyze customer's business contracts, amendments, rate letters, and network challenges and design comprehensive custom contract solutions integrating into customer's contract environment.
- Manage solution design with internal and external suppliers consistent with customer needs and competitive realities.
- Document solutions in proposals and present solutions to customers at working and executive levels.
- Customer facing, pricing and contracting activities.
- Maintain baseline industry knowledge to advise on technical trends and techniques and apply them to development of solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, act with greater autonomy, provide leadership to sales opportunities, liaise with ICB, Product and Legal partners.
- May lead solution engagements promoting new services to achieve buy-in from enterprise management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
- Prior related experience.
- Proficient at techniques for formulation of business contracting solutions, including collecting customer requirements and assessing solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security.
- Practical skills and experience with many applications and technologies (like ROME, eSign, SalesOne, DocViewer, Salesforce, Product's Service Guide Library).
- Thorough knowledge of the AT&T product set.
- Analyze customer's business contracts, amendments, rate letters, and network challenges and design comprehensive custom contract solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and present solutions to customers at working and executive levels.
- Strong customer interface skills and technically credible working in a sales environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide leadership to a sales opportunity, liaising with ICB, Product and Legal partners.
