About the role

  • Must be in office minimum 5 days per week at posted locations; no relocation offered.
  • Collect customer requirements and assess solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security.
  • Partner with the sales team to recommend most appropriate contracting solution for the customer.
  • Analyze customer's business contracts, amendments, rate letters, and network challenges and design comprehensive custom contract solutions integrating into customer's contract environment.
  • Manage solution design with internal and external suppliers consistent with customer needs and competitive realities.
  • Document solutions in proposals and present solutions to customers at working and executive levels.
  • Customer facing, pricing and contracting activities.
  • Maintain baseline industry knowledge to advise on technical trends and techniques and apply them to development of solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, act with greater autonomy, provide leadership to sales opportunities, liaise with ICB, Product and Legal partners.
  • May lead solution engagements promoting new services to achieve buy-in from enterprise management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required.
  • Prior related experience.
  • Proficient at techniques for formulation of business contracting solutions, including collecting customer requirements and assessing solution alternatives based on tradeoffs in cost, performance, reliability and security.
  • Practical skills and experience with many applications and technologies (like ROME, eSign, SalesOne, DocViewer, Salesforce, Product's Service Guide Library).
  • Thorough knowledge of the AT&T product set.
  • Analyze customer's business contracts, amendments, rate letters, and network challenges and design comprehensive custom contract solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to document and present solutions to customers at working and executive levels.
  • Strong customer interface skills and technically credible working in a sales environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide leadership to a sales opportunity, liaising with ICB, Product and Legal partners.
