About the role
- Engage with customers on the sales floor using a consultative sales approach
- Guide customers through their options with AT&T products
- Attend events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls
- Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm including weekends
- Participate in training and coaching to meet sales goals
Requirements
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus
