About the role
- Create meaningful connections with every customer.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
- Participate in community events and fill online orders.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets to earn commission.
Requirements
- Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
- Creativity and resourcefulness in problem solving.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- These positions require you to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
