About the role
- Drive sales growth and manage customer accounts across e-commerce marketplaces and retail partners.
- Oversee daily operations for marketplace accounts and online stores, including product listings, pricing, content optimization, and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor account health, advertising ROI, and execute promotions with Marketing and Product teams.
- Act as primary contact for marketplace accounts and retail partners; support promotions, launches, and campaigns.
- Process and track orders, credits, and adjustments; ensure on-time delivery and provide weekly backorder and ladder reports.
- Partner with Warehouse and Logistics to manage stock levels and flow of goods; collaborate with Accounting, Logistics, Marketing, and Product Management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports; track KPIs like revenue growth, inventory turns, and promotional effectiveness.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to propose strategies to increase account performance.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of order processing, customer ladders, and inventory management.
- Familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces and ERP/CRM systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result -oriented environment requiring flexibility.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or e-commerce/retail sales.
