Account Executive

• Building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, focusing on HR Sales Consulting.
• Business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections.
• Conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.
• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists and self-generated opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
• Utilize and become an expert in sales tools like Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
• Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
