💰 $80,000 - $85,000 per year

About the role

  • Building and maintaining business relationships with new clients focused on HR Sales Consulting.
  • Involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships.
  • Conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.
  • Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
  • Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
