About the role
- Building and maintaining business relationships with new clients focused on HR Sales Consulting.
- Involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships.
- Conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.
- Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
- Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
- 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven relationship building and client service skills.
- Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.
