About the role
- Cultivating strategic relationships with key influencers
- Developing effective account strategies and plans to drive sales performance within assigned budgets
- Presenting the scientific and clinical benefits of products to top research and clinical practitioners
- Building deep key account and influencer relationships by analyzing problems and identifying innovative solutions
- Arranging effective speaker programs with physician advocates and KOLs alongside the Sales, Brand, and Scientific team
- Adhering to external regulations and internal policies
- Collaborating to share improved practices and create learning opportunities
Requirements
- University degree in health sciences or business administration preferable
- Minimum of 5 years Oncology-related sales experience with a strong record of achievement; Hematology experience is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a hospital environment is a strong asset
- Ability to positively impact and influence others, quickly establishing credibility while building strong business relationships
- Experience engaging key influencers in sophisticated clinical environments, building strategies to improve treatment
