Requirements
A university degree
A minimum of 7-10 years pharmaceutical experience with at least 2 years of experience as a sales representative or in a customer-facing role and 3+ years of team/people leadership experience
A track record of strong sales performance in Oncology or specialty care (previous experience in lung or breast indications would be an asset)
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management skills, and excellent written & oral communication skills
Adaptability and strong advocacy for change
Ability to travel to manage sales teams across Canada
A fully valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
Bilingualism (English/French)
Experience launching new products or indications in a highly specialized market (Oncology, Specialty Care)
Previous exposure/experience in other functional areas of the business (e.g., Sales Training, Customer Solutions, Diagnostics, Sales Operations, Marketing)
Demonstrated experience in delivering a cross-functional solution-based approach (KAM)
