Requirements
- Proven success in field sales within the professional skincare industry
- Licensed Esthetician with a deep understanding of skincare treatments, ingredients, and industry trends.
- CRM experience with the management of the lead-prospect-conversion process.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strategic thinker that is motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and a self-starter.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Proactive and adaptable with a commitment to excellence.
- 75% travel required within the territory
