About the role
- Serve as subject-matter expert for Warehouse/Operations/Finance systems strategy, roadmap, and solution design.
- Lead large-scale system initiatives including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and automation projects.
- Analyze Finance and Accounting processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications and effective technical solutions.
- Implement new programs in Warehouse inventory system.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Operations, Finance, Accounting, IT, and developer/project teams to deliver system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, ensuring data integrity and effective controls.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for system changes and enhancements.
- Lead complex initiatives, partner with senior stakeholders, and provide expert guidance to developers and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting; manufacturing environment a plus.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale systems implementations, upgrades, or automation projects.
- Understanding of inventory control.
- Deep expertise in ERP/EPM platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite) and Finance processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles and best practices.
