About the role
- Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured training
- Acquire, build and manage client relationships
- Consider clients’ complex financial picture and guide them with advice and solutions
- Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve financial goals
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners and connect clients to Bank of America and Merrill solutions
- Participate in Academy training, coaching, and development programs as part of career progression
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Must obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & Series 66 within 120 days (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66)
- Subject to SAFE Act registration requirements; must register and pass SAFE Act background check
- Must be self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions
- Success creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client’s interest in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications
- Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
- Desired: Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Desired: Bi-lingual Spanish speaking
