Triage client leads and make referrals to business partners based on client needs and asset thresholds.
Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build a financial plan, and recommend brokerage products.
Recommend banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs.
Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on knowledge of client needs and potential product services recommended.
Apply and expand knowledge by completing required licenses and trainings.
Comply with SAFE Act registration requirements for residential loan mortgage originations, including background check and registration.
Requirements
Currently holds Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66). If you do not currently hold the 66 but have either a 63 or 65, an offer can be extended with the condition that a passing score is received for the missing series within 60 days.
Has at least one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
Has at least one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent.
Desired: Bi-lingual Spanish speaking.
Desired: Strong computer skills with an ability to multitask in a demanding environment.
Desired: At least three years’ experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
Desired: Achieved additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).
