About the role
- First point of contact for customer inquiries: understand needs, recommend solutions, and explain technical details.
- Preparation of quotations, cost estimates and reports — precise and well-documented.
- Post-sales technical support: handle inquiries, find solutions, and ensure customer retention.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities early.
- Work closely with Sales and Engineering to support our customers with expert advice and ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Attend customer meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Degree (Business Administration, Engineering or similar) or equivalent qualification.
- 3–5 years' experience in technical sales, sales support or technical support — ideally in gates/garage doors, construction or industrial environments.
- Confident user of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Flexible working: remote option with 1–2 customer appointments per week
