About the role
- Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing
- Build a pipeline from target accounts using value-added outbound campaigns: calls, emails and social media
- Play a key role in defining our go-to-market approach and influence how we engage and close accounts
- Share customer feedback to help evolve our product and positioning
- Leverage the founding team to accelerate sales cycles and secure buy-in from business owners
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a closing role with responsibility across the full sales cycle, including cold prospecting
- Curious about understanding your clients’ business challenges
- Disciplined in tracking and improving your daily performance
- Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work without established processes
- Driven by success and naturally adept at building relationships
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
