About the role

  • Manage the full sales cycle for SMB accounts, from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing
  • Build a pipeline from target accounts using value-added outbound campaigns: calls, emails and social media
  • Play a key role in defining our go-to-market approach and influence how we engage and close accounts
  • Share customer feedback to help evolve our product and positioning
  • Leverage the founding team to accelerate sales cycles and secure buy-in from business owners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a closing role with responsibility across the full sales cycle, including cold prospecting
  • Curious about understanding your clients’ business challenges
  • Disciplined in tracking and improving your daily performance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: autonomous, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work without established processes
  • Driven by success and naturally adept at building relationships
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
