• Focus on storytelling, visibility, and internal culture
• Support social media, PR, internal communications, events, and digital presence
• Build and maintain social media content calendar (primarily LinkedIn and some Facebook)
• Create posts highlighting projects, people, and insights
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements
• Capture and edit short-form video content
• Coordinate with external PR agency on announcements and thought leadership
• Support drafting press releases, quotes, and briefing materials
• Research media targets and track coverage
• Identify award and speaking opportunities
• Assist with website updates and creating/maintaining landing pages
• Audit pages for clarity, SEO opportunities, and conversion improvements
• Support blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership articles
• Maintain company intranet (news posts, employee features, announcements)
• Develop internal storytelling (employee spotlights, milestones, wins)
• Support culture-building initiatives and campaigns
• Produce an intern experience video or blog series
• Assist with video scripting and editing

Intern, Communications, Media & Brand

Lead Generation

• Evaluate and route inbound form submissions to the appropriate business units
• Implement and improve inbound lead tracking
• Maintain CRM hygiene and tracking for marketing-sourced leads
• Identify patterns in inbound demand and recommend targeting improvements
• Build and execute outbound email campaigns
• Draft messaging for different verticals (e.g. real estate developers, landowners, EPCs, etc.)
• Track performance and report on campaign ROI
• Support management of Google Ads campaigns (keywords, copy, landing pages, spend optimization)
• Monitor and recommend improvements to paid social campaigns where applicable
• Review dashboards to track key metrics
• Execute direct mail and print ad campaigns targeting priority segments
• Conduct target account research for outbound campaigns
• Build conference prospecting lists and follow-up workflows
• Identify new lead generation channels (industry databases, partnerships, directories)
• Assist in building pitch decks and outreach collateral

• Identify opportunities across the organization for automation and AI-driven process improvements.
• Design and build agentic workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop automation programs and scripts to facilitate data flow, data validation, and system integrations.
• Assist in building and deploying internal tools as web applications, Azure Functions, or APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Measure, analyze, and report on time savings, performance improvements, and decision-making enhancements resulting from implemented solutions.
• Document technical designs, workflows, and best practices to ensure maintainability, knowledge sharing, and long-term scalability.
