About the role

  • Reporting to the Vice President, Marketing & Communications
  • Focus on storytelling, visibility, and internal culture
  • Support social media, PR, internal communications, events, and digital presence
  • Build and maintain social media content calendar (primarily LinkedIn and some Facebook)
  • Create posts highlighting projects, people, and insights
  • Analyze performance and recommend improvements
  • Capture and edit short-form video content
  • Coordinate with external PR agency on announcements and thought leadership
  • Support drafting press releases, quotes, and briefing materials
  • Research media targets and track coverage
  • Identify award and speaking opportunities
  • Assist with website updates and creating/maintaining landing pages
  • Audit pages for clarity, SEO opportunities, and conversion improvements
  • Support blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership articles
  • Maintain company intranet (news posts, employee features, announcements)
  • Develop internal storytelling (employee spotlights, milestones, wins)
  • Support culture-building initiatives and campaigns
  • Produce an intern experience video or blog series
  • Assist with video scripting and editing

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field
  • Recent graduate by summer 2026
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability
  • Interest in social media, PR, or brand strategy
  • Comfort working with video and content tools (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.) preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
