They seek a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant / Practice Manager to support their CEO & Lead Advisor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing operations while delivering exceptional client service.\n
  • Key Responsibilities:\n
  • Manage the daily flow of a growing advisory business.\n
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and Lead Advisor, including calendar management, meeting preparation, and client communications.\n
  • Oversee and optimize day-to-day practice operations; act as a liaison across team members, vendors, and clients.\n
  • Coordinate client service workflows, including onboarding, follow-ups, documentation, and compliance tracking.\n
  • Assist with project management, internal systems, and operational initiatives.\n
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry into CRM and support maintenance of financial and insurance records.\n
  • Help maintain a culture of excellence and high-touch client service.\n

Requirements

  • Education: Relevant certifications or degrees in business administration, finance, or related fields are a plus.\n
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Operations Manager in wealth management, financial services, or professional services.\n
  • Securities License (Series 6, 7, or equivalent) required.\n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems.\n
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and strong attention to detail.\n
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.\n
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
