About the role
- Craft AI agent tasks focused on customer workflows, pain points, and business goals
- Build and integrate enterprise systems through APIs (REST / GraphQL), knowledge bases, and LLM tooling to unlock business value
- Run tight feedback loops with customers through testing and optimization
- Write and refine prompts with an experimental, goal-oriented mindset for accuracy and impact
- Work with Engineering and Product teams to influence features based on customer needs
- Drive adoption of new AI capabilities through beta testing and implementation
- Get creative to make customers successful with GenerativeAgent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Math preferred) or equivalent experience
- Strong technical skills in Python and/or JavaScript with ability to quickly learn complex AI/ML systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset with bias toward action and customer success
- Good communication skills for customer-facing technical discussions
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments where you help shape solutions
