Define and execute Asaas’s strategy as an issuer of postpaid credit cards;
Define the product vision with a focus on the billing and delinquency journey for the card;
Act as the primary liaison between Product and Compliance/Legal to ensure all postpaid product features and flows are fully regulatory compliant;
Deliver value: deeply understand the customer to provide the best possible solution, balancing gains and effort;
Remove obstacles and deliver large projects in small, coherent, high‑value increments;
Contribute to the product’s strategic vision by setting goals based on business interests, market timing and customer needs;
Make decisions based on data and concrete evidence, defining and tracking product metrics;
Work closely with design, engineering and data teams;
Ensure that all company areas are consulted or informed when necessary about product changes, and collaborate with the marketing team on customer communications to drive engagement;
Be driven by continuous growth, stepping outside your comfort zone and testing new ways of doing things.
Requirements
Previous experience as a PM on card products;
Strong analytical ability (comfort synthesizing data and making decisions without having a perfect, complete information set);
Intermediate experience in Digital Product Management;
Understanding of fee dynamics and late interest accruals that apply to credit card outstanding balances, and the ability to specify product business rules accordingly;
Ability to read and understand partner API documentation (e.g., card processor), facilitating discovery with the engineering team;
Intermediate knowledge of data analysis and core product metrics;
Basic knowledge of SQL;
