About the role
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for requests that impact the app, including epics, acceptance criteria, business rules, and technical validations
- Track requests from other squads, ensuring correct mapping of "from/to" to avoid conflicts with app-specific rules
- Monitor feedback channels (users and internal), organizing materials with opportunities for improvement
- Test hypotheses through A/B tests in the app, recording context, results, and associated metrics
- Ensure urgent requests from other squads are well documented and described, validating them together with the responsible PMs
- Communicate releases published in app versions clearly and objectively through official communication channels with the involved teams
- Execute production tests to validate the correct functioning of deliveries
- Support the engineering team by clarifying doubts, aligning with stakeholders, and removing blockers to ensure smooth development flow
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Product Manager with a focus on user journeys
- Experience with mobile products (Android/iOS)
- Basic understanding of how APIs work
- Knowledge of data analysis and core product metrics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely to different audiences
- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies such as Design Thinking, or knowledge of UX/UI, collaborating effectively with designers to enhance solution creation
- Nice-to-haves: Experience in Fintech; SQL knowledge; experience in digital product development; training courses in the field (Tera, PM3, among others); bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related areas
